Comp Graphics Design

When people discuss designs, the thought that comes to most of our minds is about furniture or different fabrics. However, Paola Antonelli explains how designs are not just limited to those two subjects. For example, in her presentation she discusses different designs that are economical such as the bike with a squeaky toy for a bell or a raincoat made up of rice sacks. She also points out some of the designs made to keep people safe such as the Faraday Chair that protects against radiation. Another design Paola saw was of a toy for children with physical impairments. She uses these and many more to describe design as being art of the whole world and everything we do.

Terry Hill I understand most of the basic functions such as using the internet and simple programs like Microsoft word and excel. I have some knowledge in java and visual basic programming. I hope to learn how to use Photoshop and Illustrator for my own knowledge and help me to design games in the future. No experience with Photoshop or Illustrator.
